Advisory Groups
CRC has formed citizen advisory groups to ensure the values and interests of the community are reflected in the decision-making process. Learn more about these groups and how they shape the project, including past accomplishments, current work and upcoming meetings.
The Governors of Oregon and Washington formed the Project Sponsors Council (PSC) in 2008 after the selection of a Locally Preferred Alternative to advise the departments of transportation on future project development.
The Bi-State Citizen Advisory Committee is being formed in fall
2011 to advise on refined designs and pre-construction planning.
The Urban Design Advisory Group (UDAG) advises CRC on the appearance and architectural design of bridge, transit and highway improvements.
The Vancouver Transit Advisory Committee (VTAC) was formed by the CRC project, the City of Vancouver and C-TRAN to advise the project on light rail design.
